Snow and sleet are expected across the North East today
With highs of 3 degrees Celsius across the North East today, we can expect it to be a cold one with snow and sleet about.
The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for cold weather for the region - so make sure you wrap up warm today!
Tonight will stay cold with more snow and sleet expected.
Slightly better though on Monday which will still be very cold with an early morning frost. It should stay dry and sunny though with light winds.
