£80k worth of damage done to cars in Dereham car park

Police are investigating

Six cars left in a Dereham car park have been damaged after someone pierced holes in rhe bodywork, smashed windscreens and deflating tyres.

Police say the incident happened in Fakenham Road between 3pm last Thursday and 8.45am the following morning.

Around £80,000 worth of damage was caused in the incident - and police want to hear from anyone who witnessed what happened.

The damaged vehicles include:

  • Green VW Beetle
  • Blue BMW 335D
  • Blue Bedford van
  • Grey Mercedes Sprinter van
  • Orange Audi S4
  • Dark blue Audi S8

Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any dashcam footage of the area during the times stated to come forward.
