Crews deal with fire in Dereham

Five people have been treated for smoke inhalation after a fire in Dereham.

Fire crews and two ambulances were called to South Green at 8am this morning (14 December), where crews wore breathing apparatus and used hose reel jets to extinguish the fire. A thermal imaging camera was used to check for hot spots. The stop message was received at 8.33am.

East of England Ambulance Service has confirmed five people were treated for smoke inhalation at the scene and no one was taken to hospital.
