Children at a school in Gaywood have been honouring Prince Philip.

A special service was held to remember Prince Phiip

Pupils at the school would regularly be taken to visit the Sandringham estate, where the Duke of Edinburgh spent much of his retirement after stepping down from public duties in 2017.

They would also visit St Mary Magdalane's Church to see the Royal Family attend services.

Pupils have been recording special messages in memory of Prince Philip who passed away on 9 April aged 99.

A special service of remembrance was also held at the school for the Duke of Edinburgh with handmade flowers by every pupil being laid in dedication to him.
