Smiling Neil the Seal is back in Downham Market
He's been relaxing by the River Ouse
A familiar face has been spotted in Downham Market this week.
Affectionately named Neil the Seal has been relaxing on 10 Mile Bank, topping up his tan as the weather gets warmer.
But the RSPCA says, while it's OK to look from a distance and take photos, we shouldn't disturb any seals we see out and about.
