Body found in search for missing Leeds United fan
Allyn Grayson, 50, was last seen leaving a pub in the city centre after attending the game against Southampton at Elland Road last Saturday (May 04).
Police searching for a missing Leeds United fan have confirmed a body has been found.
Allyn Grayson, 50, was last seen leaving a pub in the city centre after attending the game against Southampton at Elland Road last Saturday (May 04).
He was seen on CCTV a short time later and his disappearance sparked huge pleas from Leeds fans to help find him.
The body of a man was discovered on Thursday morning (May 09) close to Hunslet Road in the Rothwell area.
Formal identification is yet to take place, but his family have been told.
