Body Found At Otley

A man's body has been found in the River Wharfe in Otley. Police were called to Pool Road just after 6 o'clock last night after reports that a car had been abandoned there earlier in the morning on Sunday. A body was recovered from the water just after 7 o'clock and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The area has been secured by West Yorkshire Police and enquiries are continuing this morning.
