Man charged with woman's murder in Leeds

A man has been charged with murder following a the death of a woman in Leeds.
Harleen Kaur Satpreet Gandhi, aged 32, was found seriously injured at a flat on Victoria Road, Headingley, and was pronounced dead in hospital a short time later.
Detectives from West Yorkshire Police's Homicide and Major Enquiry Team are continuing to carry out enquiries.
Satpreet Singh Gandhi, aged 37, of Kirkstall Road, Burley, was due to appear at Leeds magistrates Court this morning charged in connection with her death.
Officers say they want to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity around the address in Victoria Road at any point during the days leading up to the murder.
