Rhinos are back with a win, no so much the Whites
Varying fortunes for United and the Rhinos yesterday in the Boxing Day fixtures. In the football the Whites went down 2-nil at home to Wigan in the Championship at Elland Road.
Head Coach Neil Redfearn says despite the result there were positives he’s taking from the game.
The Rhinos though put on a dominant show against Wakefield in their traditional Boxing Day clash.
The beat the West Yorkshire neighbours 50 points to 18 – with FIVE tries for Ash Handley. Boss Brian McDermott says they show promise for the forthcoming SuperLeague season and there are some areas to work on.
