First Moderna jab given out in North Yorkshire

The third coronavirus vaccine to be approved in the UK has now arrived in North Yorkshire- and has been given to a patient at the Askham Bar site in York.
More than 20 sites in the UK are now giving out the jab- as the government opens up appointments to over-45s.
But supply constraints mean there could be a longer wait for a jab, despite the government hitting rollout targets early.
In March the NHS in England warned of a "significant reduction in weekly supply'' throughout April and that people under the age of 50 should not be offered a jab unless they're high priority.
It is understood that the guidance still stands.
Throughout April the health service has prioritised second doses of the Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines and a record 475,230 people received their second jab on Saturday.
So far almost 40 million vaccinations have been delivered across the UK.
This includes 32 million first doses and almost 7.5 million second doses.
