A man from West Yorkshire been jailed for a minimum of 16 years - for the murder of a woman from Harrogate
40 years old Dale Tarbox killed Susan Howells last year.
She was last seen at her home in Harrogate in February 2019 before being reported missing.
Her body was moved from Bradford to Doncaster - and only found 6 months later.
The judge, sentencing Tarbox at Leeds Crown Court, said Tarbox had shown "no mercy" when he strangled Susan Howells.
He added that Susan was vulnerable due to a physical disability - and that Tarbox had exploited that.
A statement from Susan's sister read: "I am struggling to understand how anyone could inflict such terrible injuries on someone so vulnerable. I am heartbroken, numb and lost for words."
Tarbox will not be considered for release until he has served 16 years.
