The workshops are also an opportunity to provide peer support and share ideas with other people on how to look after ourselves in challenging times. All sessions will be run by two mental health support workers and participants will receive a wellbeing package at the end of the programme with a selection of goodies to promote mental wellbeing.

The six week programme starts tomorrow (Wednesday 7th April) from 1-3pm and continues every Wednesday for the following five weeks, covering topics including anxiety, food and mood and managing stress.
