Missing man in Cayton Bay found

A man who went missing in the Cayton Bay has been found safe.

Police issued an urgent appeal earlier to find the 52-year-old from Bradford, who was in the area on holiday.

His family had originally raised the alarm when he did not return from the shops.

Officers are thanking people for their assistance.
