Fireworks display in Scarborough to celebrate arrival of the New Year
It'll be for six-minutes
Fireworks will light up the night sky above Scarborough during the first few minutes of 2023 to celebrate the arrival of the New Year.
The six-minute fireworks display will start at the stroke of midnight from behind Scarborough Spa. The best view will be from Esplanade on South Cliff.
It is a chance for people to come out to watch and mark the start of 2023 on the Yorkshire Coast.
Scarborough Borough Council says the display will be carried out on their behalf by a specialist fireworks company. The display is not part of a wider event.
