Ed Sheeran has admitted that he doesn't know which of his new singles he'll be performing at this years BRIT Awards.

Ed made history earlier this year when he became the first artist in history to occupy both the No.1 and 2 slot in the charts for his comeback singles Shape of You and Castle on the Hill.

The singer was announced as a performer this morning. He'll be singing alongside the likes of Bruno Mars, Robbie Williams, Little Mix and The 1975 at the ceremony on the 22nd of February.

Fans will be eager to know which of his two chart-topping new singles he'll be performing at the star-studded event, but Ed says he hasn't decided yet.

'I'm going to do one of the two that came out', the singer mused.

'But it literally could be either'

Ed, who won the British Breakthrough Award, back in 2012 also reflected on his first BRIT Awards, and how nerve-wracking making a speech can be.

'I was convinced Jessie J was going to get it', Ed recounted

'So I got on stage and made a really bad speech. I don't think i've ever made a good BRITs speech'
