Katy Perry shows off dramatic new hair cut

It seems Katy Perry has chosen to get over her split from Orlando Bloom by channeling Miley Cyrus with a super short haircut.
Katy posted two videos to her Instagram account where her luscious locks are no more.
The first showed Katy's long fringe in a boomerang video, with the singer claiming she 'wasn't ready until now' to cut her hair in the second.
Katy's fans love the new dramatic hair cut and sent their messages of support to the singer. One user commented on the video writing, 'That looks awesome Katy, it suits you', with another adding, 'OMG SO NICE'.
Others were quick to compare her new look to fellow pop star Miley Cyrus. One fan wrote, 'I love you Miley Cyrus' with another adding, 'Miley Cyrus the second'.
On the matter of hair, Katy caught up with us backstage at The BRIT Awards 2017 last week and told us whether she thinks blondes or brunettes have more fun.

Katy's new look comes just a few days after she announced her split with Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom.
Just two days after being spotted looking cosy at the Oscars, the pair released a joint statement reading:
"Before rumours or falsifications get out of hand we can confirm that Orlando, 40, and Katy, 32, are taking respectful, loving space at this time.”
Now Katy has broken her silence on the split for the first time. The 32-year-old took to Twitter to tell her 96.1 million followers that she is still friends with Orlando and admitted nobody is a villain.
She wrote, 'HOW BOUT A NEW WAY OF THINKING FOR 2017 U can still b friends & love ur former partners! No one's a victim or a villain, get a life y'all! (sic)
