Love Island's Kem Cetinay speaks out after Rykard Jenkins says he punched him

They've since kissed and made up

Love Island's Kem Cetinay and Rykard Jenkins have made up after Rykard publicly accused Kem of attacking him during a launch party.

Rykard, who was a contestant on ITV"s Love Island in 2016, uploaded a shocking snap of his bloodied face with the caption 'this is @KemCetinay and his boys. #sick'.

Rykard then tweeted, 'I've delt with worse. When they are ready. Come to my ends and we can settle it.' sic

The Essex-born hair whizz defended himself by claiming he has been 'dragged into a something that had absolutely nothing to do with him' and he had instead spent the night 'with family and Amber undertaking press and interviews.'

Kem's girlfriend Amber Davies rushed to Kem's defence and tweeted 'don't let anyone ruin your night ❤️ you haven't done anything wrong! Sleepy time for me and my boy xxx' sic

Now, it appears the two have settled their differences.

Kem tweeted to his 392k followers, 'Just got off the phone to @ItsRykard we are friends just like we was before, what happened is disgusting.. I was not involved myself (1/2)' sic

'But I will make sure it's dealt with as it's not acceptable and I won't let things like that happen and ruin both me and @ItsRykard night.'

Rykard then retweeted the apology and called Kem 'a good kid', but warned him to choose his friends wisely.

Kem has been incredibly busy since leaving the villa. The white-skinny-jean-sporter has been flooded with offers and has just signed a deal with fashion giant Boohoo MAN, which was reportedly in the six figure range. Not bad for a hairdresser from Essex, eh.

Kem and Amber won this year's Love Island, beating couple Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Hewitt to the 50k cash prize. They since haven't left each other's side, have been shelling out on dead-posh garments and have been providing ultimate #relationshipgoals

We are glad there is no hard feelings. It was named Love Island for a reason...
