'Midnight Sky' singer Miley Cyrus has revealed details of a very unusual experience she said happened as she was driving through San Bernardino, a city in California.

According to the singer, she and a friend witnessed a UFO chasing them as they drove through the city.

Opening up to Interview magazine, Miley explained, "The best way to describe it is a flying snowplough. It had this big plough in the front of it and was glowing yellow.

"I did see it flying, and my friend saw it, too. There were a couple of other cars on the road and they also stopped to look, so I think what I saw was real."

Miley continued, "I was shaken for, like, five days. It f--ked me up... I couldn’t really look at the sky the same. I thought they might come back."

The singer went on to reveal why she found it so strange, "It looked at me and we made eye contact, and I think that’s what really shook me, looking into the eyes of something that I couldn’t quite wrap my head around."

However, it seems that Miley Cyrus has now put her experience behind her, with the singer returning to music this summer with her fantastic hit 'Midnight Sky'. Her comeback single is now the UK Number 1, knocking Joel Corry and MNEK's 'Head & Heart' off the top after three months!

Recently, Miley revealed to us about her last night out before the Pandemic hit. The singer told how it inspired the opening lyrics of 'Midnight Sky' as it had hundreds of disco balls on the ceiling, "It's been a long night and the mirror's tellin' me to go home."

Miley said it was almost as if it's a fantasy as she wrote most of the song in lockdown.
