Simon Cowell reveals the REAL reason behind his fall

Music mogul Simon Cowell was forced to miss this weekend's episodes of The X Factor after he fell down the stairs at his home and was rushed to hospital on Friday morning.
It was revealed that Simon fell after he fainted at the top of the stairs, and it has now been publicised the reason for his collapse was due to low blood pressure.
Speaking to a national newspaper, Simon said, "Sometimes we get a reminder that we’re not invincible and this was certainly mine. It was a huge shock.
"They think I fainted because I had low blood pressure and so I have got to really take good care of myself to sort that out.
"After all I am a dad and have more responsibility than ever."
The 58-year-old also admitted the incident took place when he woke up feeling dizzy, so he tried to make his way downstairs to get a glass of hot milk.
Simon was photographed being taken out of his home by paramedics in a neck brace and stretcher on Friday morning.
The X Factor judge has since told fans he is on the mend, and admitted his injuries could have been a lot worse following the fall.
During this weekend's X Factor, host Dermot O'Leary announced Simon wouldn't feature on the show, with Britain's Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon sitting in for him last night.
However Simon would have been very happy with the results, as all four of his groups made it through to next week's show.
The X Factor continues next Saturday and Sunday on ITV.
