Reports are coming in that Simon Cowell has been rushed to hospital following a fall at his home in London.
PEOPLE has confirmed that the 58-year-old judge on The X Factor fainted and fell down his stairs this morning. He was seen being put into an ambulance on a stretcher at around 8am wearing a neck brace.
A source told a national newspaper, "It’s been a scary morning. It was very early and Simon was going down his stairs to get some hot milk because he couldn’t sleep.
"He fainted and is thought to have fallen down the stairs."
Simon is believed to have been having tests for most of the afternoon, but has recently emerged from hospital giving press the thumbs up as he returned home.
Simon's partner Lauren Silverman who is with their child Eric, is reportedly on her way from New York City to be with him.
Simon is due to appear on the first live show of The X Factor tomorrow (Saturday), however he may have to pull out.
