Take That star Howard Donald and his wife Katie Hallil have welcomed their second child together, a healthy baby boy.

The 'Rule The World' singer took to Twitter to confirm the couple's happy news and also confirmed a rather unusual name for the little one.

He wrote, 'Hello Dougie Bear Donald! He's here and he's beautiful! He arrived yesterday morning and we are over the Pluto. X'

Howard and Katie first announced they were expecting their second child back in October 2016. The 48-year-old shared his happy news with fans on Twitter when he wrote, 'Guess what? Me and Katie are happy to announce we will have our 2nd child in Feb. Yay! No more sleep for another 2 years!’

The happy couple welcomed their first child together back in 2016 and decided to call him Bowie following the death of music legend David Bowie.

The couple first met when Take That filmed a Marks & Spencer Christmas TV advert in 2008, but they didn't start dating until 2010. The couple later married on the 2nd January 2015 at an intimate ceremony attended by close friends and family.

Howard already has two daughters, Grace with Victoria Piddington and Lola with Marie-Christine Musswessels.

Howard and the rest of Take That popped in for a chat with our Entertainment Team last week to promote their brand new single 'Giants'.

The band also spoke about what it's like to have children whilst having such a demanding job.

Howard is yet to release any photos of little Dougie Bear to his social media channels.

Congratulations to the couple!
