Love Island 2016 couple Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen have announced some very exciting news, the pair have landed their very own TV show!

Ahead of their wedding day later in the year, the new show, which is called Alex and Olivia Said Yes!, will show the happy couple planning their big day, and even show some of their wedding!

Confirming the news on social media, Olivia wrote, 'So! Big news today for me & my @ab_bowen07! Our new show ‘Alex & Olivia Said Yes’ covering all the lead up to our wedding & the big day ❤️✨ coming in September to @tlc_uk we are SO excited 💋💍💕❤️'. sic

The one-hour long special will air on TLC, with Olivia writing in her new! column, "It will show all the planning, including picking the dress, the cake, the food and the venue.

"It will also show some of the wedding."

After finishing in second place behind Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey on Love Island 2016, Alex popped the question to his girlfriend in December 2016 during a romantic trip to New York.

Taking to Instagram to express her shock, Olivia showed off her stunning ring as she wrote, 'I have no words for how happy I am. My fiancé my everything @ab_bowen this was magical. So magical.' sic

Just last week, Olivia revealed her Love Island co-stars, Tina Stinnes and Cara de la Hoyde, will be her bridesmaids. She told OK! Online, "I chose my old friends, and Tina and Cara were the ones who were there for me so much in Love Island, and they know Alex really well as well, so it was an easy decision for me.”
