As pop stars go they don't get much bigger than the amazing Kylie Minogue, and here at Hits Radio Pride, Jordan Lee was joined by the 'Say Something' singer on the day that she released her new song 'Magic'.

Following the disco theme, 'Magic' also features on Kylie's upcoming 15th album with the very apt title 'Disco' and we wanted to hear ALL about the album and why it was different for the pop princess.

Speaking to Jordan, Kylie explained, "I started working on the album last year, so things were normal, even until literally the day before lockdown, it was normal."

Continuing, "It was imminent, we were at that stage when we were yelling 'wash your hands!' Being conscious of it, but then the big doors closed and it went very quiet for quite a while."

The 'Wow' singer went on to reveal that she basically made her album in joggers and "forgot how to dress", but then she had to make the video for 'Say Something'. The video was truly amazing and full of glitter, as she released an intergalactic music video of her riding a golden horse.

However, it wasn't long before Kylie was adding a new string to her bow by learning some computer software, so she could record her own lyrics in lockdown.

Admitting she is still very much a beginner, Kylie explained, "I did have to learn the basics, so now I'm at the stage where if someone needs vocals for something I can say, 'OK, I'll get them to you later'.

"I can get them (vocals) down, do some editing, that's about it. A great skill I did not previously have!"

Kylie's latest single 'Magic' is now out, and her album 'Disco' is set for release on 6th November 2020. Kylie premiered the music video for 'Magic' today (25th September) and you can watch it below.
