Coventry newlyweds have their first dance ON STAGE at Godiva Festival

Coventry's Godiva Festival took place at the War Memorial Park from 30th June-2nd July 2023, with an incredible lineup including Melanie C, Rudimental, Ella Eyre and a homecoming set from The Enemy! Hits Radio's Breakfast hosts JD, Roisin and Producer Paul hosted the main stage all weekend, keeping the huge crowd entertained.

The team heard about a very special couple who had got married in Coventry on Saturday 1st July and had brought their entire wedding party to Godiva Festival for their wedding reception, featuring the best wedding DJ's EVER - Rudimental! But after talking to them, JD & Roisin realised there was a problem...they hadn't had their first dance. We had to fix that!

Mr & Mrs Finney, JD & Roisin, Stevie Wonder's 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered' and 30,000 guests...what more could you want from your first dance?! It was a truly fantastic moment, in front of the most amazing crowd!
