Ollie Carroll is the little boy with the terminal illness Batten's Disease, who was at the centre of Cash for Kids Superhero Day appeal last year.

Ollie and his little sister Amelia both that the genetic disease which has no cure. They both will lose their ability to walk, talk and even eat for themselves.

Cash for Kids Superhero Day is once again in aid of When You Wish Upon A Star. When You Wish Upon A Star grant wishes to families like the Carroll's so they can create wonderful memories away from the turmoil of hospital visits, treatment and their degenerative condition.

Ollie can no longer walk or talk and he is slowly losing his sight, however his hearing is not yet affected. When ever Ollie hears the music of Ed Sheeran a smiles is brought to his face.

Ed heard that Ollie was a big fan and invited him and his family back stage to meet him ahead of his show at the Manchester Arena last weekend (22nd April 2017)...
