Dancing on Ice Judge Ashley Banjo has revealed his heartache after his beloved dog KP sadly passed away at the age of 11.

Ashley, who is the lead in dance troupe Diversity, took to his social media pages to announce the heartbreaking news about his Chihuahua, sharing the most adorable snaps in the process.

His tribute reads: 'KP Banjo 4/4/11 - 5/2/22 💫

'This one hurts a lot…

'I can never replace you sweetie and it breaks my heart to lose you so suddenly 💔 The same day she fell ill is the same day we lost her.

'The first pic here was our last one together… I’m just glad I got to be there for her in the end.

'Go and tell the close ones you love them while you still can. Life is too short and you never know where it takes you.

'R.I.P sweetheart ❤️🙏🏽'. (sic)

Ashley's celebrity friends were quick to send their condolences for his loss. Diversity co-star Perri Kiely wrote: '❤️❤️', with Sam Craske adding the same emojis.

Married At First Sight UK star Morag Crichton then wrote: 'Oh my heart. Im so sorry Ashley. I can’t even bare thinking about losing my boy 💔 x'. (sic)

Ashley's wife Francesca also commented, writing: 'Love you so much K Paws 🐾❤️ miss you baby girl 💔xx'. (sic)

The heartbreaking news arrives just a week after Ashley's good friend Perri Kiely announced the sad passing of his dog Luna.

Sharing a throwback photo of himself and the Beagle on Instagram, KISS FM presenter Perri wrote: 'This doesn’t get any easier but it does show how much we all love you 😔 miss you Luna 💔'. (sic)

Such sad news 💔.
