Beyoncé and Jay Z have 60 days to move out of their home
The couple have been renting a seven bedroom estate in Los Angeles since February.
Beyoncé, Jay Z and 3-year-old daughter Blue Ivy have 60 days to move out of their spectacular Holmby Hills home in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ the 'Drunk in Love' singer who turned 34 last week has been renting a seven bedroom estate with her husband Jay Z and daughter since February this year paying $150k a month.
It sounds like the perfect house to entertain guests with a 'beautiful formal dining, gourmet commercial kitchen, separate catering kitchen... large screening room, incredible gym & massage room and walk-in wine cellar.'
However the estate has been sold and TMZ have reported that the celebrity couple weren't interested in paying the asking price of $35.5 million so they will now have to leave the 1.4 acres of 'park-like grounds', an infinity pool and championship tennis courts behind.
Westsite Estate Agency who specialise in high-end real estate posted these photos of the property on Facebook.

Although the couple have many other properties they are said to be looking in the Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills and Bel-Air areas for another home.
