Westlife's Brian McFadden reveals gender of unborn baby 👶

Westlife singer Brian McFadden and his fiancée Danielle Parkinson announced back in November they were expecting their first child together, and now the happy couple have revealed even more details about their imminent arrival.

Taking to his social media accounts this afternoon (Thursday 28th January), 40-year-old Brian shared a photo from a recent 3D baby scan, revealing to his followers the couple are expecting a baby girl!

He wrote, 'Say hello to our little angel! We’re having a GIRL!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️@daniparky'. (sic)

Brian's showbiz friends and fans were quick to like and comment on the post. Boyzone singer Ronan Keating wrote, 'Congratulations guys. Wonderful news', with Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington adding, 'Awwww 💗💗💗💗 congratulations x'. (sic)

TV presenter Jenni Falconer then commented, 'Yay!!! Congratulations to you and @daniparky!! Exciting times ahead. 💖💖💖'. (sic)

Brian, who shares two daughters Molly, 19 and Lilly, 17 from his marriage with Kerry Katona, has been keeping his followers firmly up to date with Danielle's pregnancy.

A month ago, the 'Flying Without Wings' singer shared a photo of a baby scan, writing, 'Baby Mac!! We’re half way there. X', before uploading a snap of his fiancée's growing baby bump just last week.

He wrote, 'Baby Mac is growing!!!! X'. (Sic)

Brian and Danielle first announced they were expecting back in November 2020, after the pair turned to IVF after suffering two devastating miscarriages.

Announcing to OK! Magazine that their baby girl will arrive in May 2021, Brian said, "We’re 15 weeks along now," with Danielle adding, "We’re due on 14 May. But they said normally with your first baby it can be early."

Speaking about the couple's previous heartache, 39-year-old Danielle added, "It does feel like a miracle but I feel awful saying that, as I’ve had so many messages on Instagram.

"The IVF community is so lovely and I’ve heard real traumatic stories from people who have been trying for 10 years, people who have had eight-plus miscarriages, so I feel we got lucky on our third attempt."

Brian and Danielle's baby girl is due in May.
