Since its release on Christmas Day, Netflix's brand new drama Bridgerton has become one of the most-talked about TV shows of 2021 so far, with viewers totally hooked on characters like Daphne Bridgerton and Simon Basset.

As we continue to binge watch the period drama, which is based on Julia Quinn's novels, the on-screen chemistry between main characters Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor) and Simon Basset (Regé-Jean Page) is really getting people talking.

So great is their on-screen chemistry that rumours have now fuelled the pair are romantically linked in the real world...

With rumours about their personal lives swirling around the world, Regé-Jean seemingly shut down the whispers he's dating his co-star off camera.

The 31-year-old told Access, "I think that everything you need to know is on camera. All the sparks that flew came off the beautiful scripts we were handed.

"So I think that the sparky words, scripts and material are more than enough."

Well, that's that cleared up! 👀

Meanwhile, Bridgerton fans were left shocked to the core last week when it came to light that main actress Pheobe was in fact the daughter of Coronation Street legend Sally Dynevor!

Sally, who plays the role of street legend Sally Webster in Corrie, has appeared on the ITV soap since 1986, so the family are certainly talented!
