New music collabs are coming thick and fast at the moment, with the likes of Calvin Harris and The Weeknd, Clean Bandit featuring Mabel and 24kGoldn, and Sigala and James Arthur's Lewis Capaldi-written collab.

And now world famous dance DJ David Guetta has just dropped a new collab with Sia. Catching up over Zoom, the DJ revealed that the latest collab was written in just 24 hours, after he texted the Australian singer and sent her some piano chords.

"It was in the middle of confinement (lockdown) and everyone was so depressed, and I was watching the news," David explained, he then went on to say, "I texted Sia and said, 'we need to save the world like superheroes! We need to make a happy song. Lately the trend was more like moody music, and I was like, 'come on let's just make a simple feel-good song about going through this together."

David went on to explain how the song was written as a ballad and then after taking an 80s vibe as inspiration, he produced 'Let's Love'.

Of course, 'Let's Love' is just the latest in a few songs released by this power duo, following the success of 'Titanium' and 'Flames'. Speaking about working together, when asked if he would consider doing an album with Sia, David revealed he loved the idea.

"That would be amazing! That is actually a really good idea, because we've made so many records together, it would make a lot of sense. She makes it really easy you know."

As any fan of David Guetta will know, he loves to play at festivals around the world and unfortunately with the restrictions in place due to Coronavirus, he has had to cancel or postpone his performances, however one that did go ahead was for the virtual Tomorrowland Festival.

Speaking about his experience, he revealed, although it isn't the same as the real festival experience, it involved Hollywood post production, as he was performing in front of green screen they recreated everything, including the crowd, fireworks and the whole Tomorrowland experience.

David and Sia have been teasing their song for the last two weeks. Simply telling his fans on 27th August, David said, 'Brand new single with @sia 11th September'.

Sharing a very short clip of the song, with an animated video, fans couldn't contain their excitement at the prospect of another dance hit. One fan wrote, 'YASSSS!!! coming to smash!!!!,' with another saying, 'A BOP IS COMING'. (sic)

Of course one of David Guetta and Sia's biggest tracks is 'Titanium', which was originally offered to Katy Perry. In a recent interview for the virtual Tomorrowland Festival, the singer explained, "I was like, 'Oh my god, this song is so good!. Who is the person on the record?!

"They should stay on the freaking record! This is a hit record! Don't put me on the record- keep this person! Keep Sia on this record!"
