Gemma Collins hits back at claims she was rude to customer live on TOWIE
Many fans were unhappy with the reality star
TOWIE was back on our TV screens and it brought with it the reappearance of Gemma Collins. After her controversial stint on Celebrity Big Brother, it didn’t take long for the Essex girl to become involved in more drama.
Gemma could be seen working in her plus sized fashion boutique and telling a customer on the phone to ‘Go away, please!’ before hanging up.
Gemma received backlash after the episode aired, with one user tweeting ‘Gemma Collins’s customer service is laughable’ whilst another said ‘Gemma has the worst customer service going.’
However the 35-year-old decided not to accept the criticism and hit back with a furious rant on Instagram, which she later shared on Twitter.
The reality star reassured fans the caller was in fact a cold caller and not a customer, and declared her fashion boutique has ‘an amazing customer service ethic.’
