Back in December, Rita Ora filed a lawsuit against Jay –Z’s Roc Nation, attempting to exit her contract with the record label.

Now Roc Nation have filed a lawsuit against the singer, seeking $2.4 million in damages.

The claim shows that Rita’s contract was for five albums but the singer has only released one.

Roc Nation claim they have ‘tirelessly promoted her career, investing millions of dollars in marketing, recording and other costs, which was instrumental in guiding Ms. Ora to her current level of success and fame.’

The claims are in stark contrast to Rita’s belief she was ‘orphaned’ by the label and ‘no longer had a relationship with anyone at the company.’
