Cast your mind back to 2015 when Justin Bieber released his song 'I'll Show You'. The song reached Number 15 in the UK chart and fans couldn't get enough of the music video for Bieber's song. In fact, to date the music video has had a massive 444 million views on YouTube!

Now, it's turned out that the music video, which was filmed at a remote canyon in Iceland, could have caused the canyon to be closed after thousands of Bieber fans decided to visit the music video's location.

Justin's three minute video made fans around the world aware of this pristine canyon and now, officials in Iceland have had to close off Fjaðrárgljúfur to protect it from the high number of visitors.

And, whilst the country's environment minister, said it was, "A bit too simplistic to blame the entire situation on Justin Bieber," he did say, "Rash behaviour by one famous person can dramatically impact an entire area if the mass follows".

The environment minister also explained in Justin's defence that Fjaðrárgljúfur wasn't surrounded by rope fences and designated paths when he filmed the music video.

According to reports, some fans have tried to bribe their way into the canyon with ranger Hanna Johannsdottir saying she turned down free trip to Dubai, which she was offered in exchange for turning a blind eye.
