As if he hasn’t enjoyed enough success in his amazing career, Justin Bieber has just landed eight Guinness World Records.

The 22-year-old entered the 2017 Guinness World Record book for having the most streamed track on Spotify in one week with for his song ‘What Do You Mean’, 30,723,708 times to be precise. Biebs also has the most streamed album on Spotify in one week for his album ‘Purpose’.

To congratulate Bieber, a team of Guinness World Record staff presented the ‘Cold Water’ singer with his certificate before one of his shows in New York.

Bieber wasn’t the only one to make it into the books. Rapper The Weeknd also landed two records in the 2017 edition.

Following his hugely successful year, The Weeknd broke the record for the most streamed album on Spotify in one year, current (unique listeners) and the title for the most consecutive weeks in the top 10 of Billboard’s Hot 100 by a solo male artist.
