Former Corrie star Kym Marsh announces engagement

Former Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh has announced the lovely news that she's engaged to her partner Scott Ratcliff after three years together.
32-year-old Scott, who is an Army Major, popped the question to the actress during a romantic birthday weekend, leaving Kym over the moon.
Kim shared her happy news on Instagram last night (Sunday 13th June), sharing a cute snap of herself and Scott enjoying a kiss at her birthday party. She wrote: 'I said YES!!!!!! Sooooo happy!!! ❤️'. (sic)
Kym's former Coronation Street co-stars were quick to comment on the post. Faye Brookes wrote: 'Congratulations Mama … Love you xxx', with Daniel Brocklebank adding: 'Fabulous news! Congratulations you two!! ❤️❤️❤️'. (sic)
Shayne Ward then wrote: 'Congratulations 🥳 x', with Hayley Tamaddon adding: 'Ahhh congratulations 😍😍😍'. (sic)
Kym, who recently played the role of Donna Sanderson in BBC series The Syndicate, also spoke to OK! Magazine about the news, writing: "I'm absolutely over the moon - I can't believe it. It's been the best birthday surprise ever. I can't stop smiling!
"I really believe that we're made for each other. We don’t argue, we’re similar, we laugh at the same things. We’re used to time apart but despite that we’re as close as we are."
