Lea Michele shares touching throwback snap with the late Cory Monteith

Actress Lea Michele proved her late boyfriend Cory Monteith is still in her thoughts as she shared a sweet throwback of the pair from 2012.
The Glee star took to Instagram to share a Polaroid photo of the couple cuddling, alongside a handwritten note which said, 'Bleeker St 2012.'
The pair, who starred in TV show Glee together, dated on and off since 2011 and were together as a couple when Cory passed away in 2013.
Cory tragically died from an accidental drug overdose in 2013 at the age of only 31.
Lea often shares throwback snaps of her 'happy times' with Cory to her social media pages...
The actress also has a touching tribute in the form of a tattoo with the word 'Finn' on her bottom, in reference to Cory's character in Glee.
It's also understood that Lea has tattoos with the number '5', which honours Finn's football shirt number in the popular TV show, and the last words he said to her across her rib cage.
It will be the fourth anniversary of Cory's tragic death in July 2017.
