Love Island star Olivia Attwood has hit back at body shamers who have been targeting the 26-year-old reality TV star saying she is 'too skinny'.

Olivia took to her Instagram Story recently to post a message to her followers saying, 'Just had a bit of time to read through some of the messages and comments I have had over the last few days. And WOW there is still a massive obsession with my weight.'

She continued, 'You have no idea why someone is the weight they are or the personal battles they are facing. I’m at this blissful age where I couldn’t give a f--k what any of you think and I’m finally very happy in my own skin, but a few years ago this would of killed me.'

'Iv had so many young girls messaging me who also struggle with their weight, so this is for them.. today when your looking down your Instagram and you think someone is too thin, or too fat, or their lips are too big or not big enough. Keep it to yourself you sad morons and go and do something f--king useful with your day' sic

This sadly, isn’t the first time this year that Olivia has had to hit back at nasty comments about her weight after another troll called her ‘anorexic’ in January.

Taking to Twitter the Love Island star said, 'What a f--king disgusting thing to say. Anorexia is a disease, and that word should not be thrown around. Educate yourself you vile human.'

At the time fans were quick to support Olivia leaving comments such as, 'Calling out a disorder is that same as being racist, sexist, homophobic etc. Are you saying they’re fine too because they’re ‘opinions’?'. sic

Another said, 'Well said Liv. Some people are just ignorant. Would suit then better to read up on things like this instead of sitting on social media.'

Unfortunately Olivia's recent response to body shamers is just the latest in a series from celebrities, including, Geordie Shore's Chloe Ferry and Marnie Simpson.

Both reality TV stars found themselves responding to online trolls recently after one troll compared Marnie to an elephant and another sent a DM to Chloe saying she 'had a fat bum'.

Last week Love Island winner Olivia Attwood confirmed she was back with her ex-boyfriend from before the reality TV show. Uploading a cosy looking photo of the pair to his Instagram Story, Blackburn Rovers player Bradley Dack called Olivia his 'Queen' as he rested his head on her shoulder.

The photo comes after weeks of rumours that the pair were back on, following Olivia's relationship breakdown with fellow Love Island star Chris Hughes.
