Over the festive period, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth surprised fans by announcing they had got married! The couple, who had been engaged for six years, tied the knot in a secret ceremony, with Miley sharing a selection of beautiful black and white photographs from their big day.

Now, just a few weeks later, on Liam's 29th birthday, Miley has shared a super cute message, she wrote to her new husband, 10 years after they first met. In the message, captioned, 'HBD 2 Da Hubz', happy birthday to the husband, she says, 'HBD to my #1… When we met you were 19, today you are 29…. I thought I could share some of my favourite things about my favourite dude in honour of this very special day.' sic

The pop star then goes on to list the favourite things about her husband, including, 'I even love when you shrink my favorite t-shirt in the dyer - because having a boyfriend (oh em gee I almost forgot you're my friggen husband now) that does laundry is pretty much the best thing ever.' sic

Miley and Liam first met in 2010 on the set of The Last Song, with Liam originally popping the question in July 2012, before the pair split in 2015. Then, in 2016 Miley and Liam's romance was back on the cards - as well as their engagement.

The couple then married on the 23rd December 2018 in a simple ceremony surrounded by family members.
