It seems Peter Andre's talents are endless, not only is he a singer and a TV presenter, the dad-of-four can now add film star to his CV as he's landed a voice-over role in new movie Thomas & Friends: Big World! Big Adventures! The Movie.

Peter confirmed he will be playing the character Ace in the new film, which is due out in cinemas in July. Sharing a clip from the animated movie, Peter wrote, 'So happy to announce my new character Ace in the new Thomas & Friends: Big World! Big Adventures! The movie looks pretty ‘Ace’ if you asked me. released in cinemas on 20th July!' sic

Fans of the 'Mysterious Girl' singer were quick to comment on post, with many congratulating Peter.

One user wrote, 'Congratulations Pete', with another adding, 'That’s Fab! Well Done! Such a great role model! 🙌🏻'. Another then wrote, 'Congratulations @peterandre you are going to be amazing, a proud moment for you and your family. ♥♥'. sic

Speaking about the new role, Peter said, "It is a real honour to be voicing the character of Ace in the new movie and such a buzz for me to be doing my first worldwide movie voice-over for something that I grew up on and loved as a child and that my kids now love too. It is incredible for me to help introduce young viewers to the diverse range of cultures, different ways of life and animals that exist on our planet today."

As well as starring in the movie, Peter has also recorded a brand new song for the film, which will be available to download ahead of its big release in July.

Thomas & Friends: Big World! Big Adventures! The Movie is due for release in UK cinemas on 20th July.
