Stephanie Davis criticises ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell
She admitted he ‘doesn’t deserve’ to be at the birth of their son
Stephanie Davis has hit out at her ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell, stating he doesn’t deserve to be at the birth of their child.
The pair met back in January and immediately hit it off on Celebrity Big Brother. When they left the house their relationship seemed to be going from strength to strength until it ended on a very sour note.
Just one week after their love story ended, the former Hollyoaks actress announced she was expecting her first child with Jeremy.
Since then, the Irish model and realty star has constantly stated he doesn’t think the baby is his, leaving Stephanie to go through the pregnancy on her own.
As Stephanie's due date gets closer, the 23-year-old has now slammed her ex’s behaviour and even admitted she doesn’t think he would even want to be at the birth of their child. Speaking in her magazine column she said, "He doesn’t deserve to be there. I don’t think he wants to be there either. I don’t think I could ever forgive him for how he’s been."
The mum-to-be also added that she used to ‘care’ that Jeremy didn’t want to be involved and used to send him images of her scans but has since realised he wants nothing to do with the unborn child. She added, “I used to send him scan photos but he doesn’t care and he never has. It’s just me and my son now. I never thought he’d be that type of guy. I really did love Jez and I tried to reach out so he wouldn’t regret missing out with his son.”
Meanwhile Stephanie is preparing for the arrival of her son. Just last month she enjoyed a relaxing holiday and showed off her brand new haircut to fans last week.
Taking to Instagram to share the snap, Stephanie used Snapchat's popular dog ears feature to give fans a glimpse of her shorter new look. The mum-to-be captioned the shot with 'It was time for a change. New energy. New attitudes'.
Fans were quick to compliment Stephanie and her new look, admitting she looked ‘amazing’.
