It's no secret that Stephanie Davis' love life hasn't been the smoothest of journeys so far, but it looks like things are seriously looking up for the actress. Stephanie, who endured a whirlwind romance with Jeremy McConnell over the years, now seems completely smitten with her new boyfriend, fellow Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner.

After 19-year-old Owen bought the actress a promise ring earlier this month, fans are now convinced the loved-up pair are actually engaged, due to some very telling evidence in a new snap.

Sharing a very loved-up photo from their romantic trip to Barcelona, Stephanie wrote, 'I didn't know what love was, until I met you...❤️', but it was the ring on her engagement finger that really got people talking.

One fan wrote, 'Engagement ring? 👀', with another writing, 'You guys engaged @stephaniedavis88?? Xx'. sic

Another then added, '💕Aww so happy for you!!! You deserve a good man 😉xx'. sic

Owen, who plays the role of Romeo Quinn in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks, wrote himself, 'Having the best time ❤️'.

Despite all of the speculation, neither Stephanie or Owen have actually announced that they are engaged, but we certainly going to keep an eye on their socials.

Meanwhile, after confirming that they were dating back in December 2018, the pair haven't been shy in documenting their romance. Earlier this month, after Stephanie was given a promise ring by Owen, the former CBB star shared an adorable photo alongside her two-year-old son Caben-Albi.

Alongside the cute photo, Stephanie wrote, 'My Family❤️ My world. My focus. My everything. My two 🔗 #happyendingsdoexist #solid #love'. sic
