Towie star to release fitness DVD after losing four stone
She's dropped five dress sizes
Former The Only Way Is Essex star, Lauren Goodger, has announced that she will be releasing a fitness DVD called Lauren’s OMG Workout following her dramatic weight-loss.
Lauren who dropped an astounding five dress sizes since February will release her fitness DVD on Boxing Day.
In the DVD she says, “Oh my god, I needed to lose weight. At my biggest, I was huge. I tried for years to lose it but nothing worked."
"But this system's done it for me. I lost four stone and dropped five dress sizes. Oh my god, I needed to lose weight.”
Lauren is set to return to The Only Way is Essex for this year’s Christmas special.
