Last month, Hollywood superstar Will Smith revealed to his fans how he would be celebrating his 50th birthday - with a bungee jump over the Grand Canyon. Now, the actor has gone through with his celebration, and the whole thing has been posted onto YouTube for everyone's entertainment!

The full 8 minute-long video uploaded to YouTube shows the 'Men In Black' singer being strapped into the bungee harness, before the helicopter takes off and hovers above the infamous Grand Canyon.

After counting down from five, and getting the go ahead, the actor then jumps out of the helicopter backwards, remaining surprisingly calm as he descends, he then seems to scream with delight as he bounces on the bungee rope.

Will first announced he would be doing something special for his 50th last month when he told his fans, "I'm coming to you with a once in a lifetime opportunity..."

He went on to say he was offering "you and a guest" the chance to join him on his birthday, right after he does a bungee jump out of a helicopter over the Grand Canyon!

Away from the excitement of his birthday, Will is due to appear in the live-action remake of Aladdin. Will caused a lot of excitement when he posted the first photo from set last year. The actor is playing the Genie, the character previously voice-acted by the late Robin Williams in the 1992 animated film.

Now take a look at the biggest films from 2017 according to Empire magazine:

20. The Lost City Of Z

2013's The Immigrant is sadly still waiting for a UK release, so praise be to the cinematic gods that James Gray's The Lost City Of Z arrived without delay. Based on the true-life tale of British explorer Percy Fawcett (Charlie Hunnam), this dense but always gripping biopic is part political drama, part family drama and part adventure.
On discovering the remnants of an indigenous society, Fawcett spent his life trying to prove his Amazonian finds until his unexplained disappearance in 1925. Containing one of the most beautiful scenes of the year, this undseen gem deserves, nay, demands your attention.

Meanwhile, one of Will Smith's early films, Men In Black, is being rebooted starring Chris Hemsworth. Over the summer, photos were posted by Christopher Marc, Co-Founder and Editor-In-Chief of Omega Underground, a film news website. In the photos, two monitors could be seen showing Chris and his co-star Tessa Thompson, both wearing black suits, however, there's no sign of their iconic sunglasses.

Chris and Tessa previously starred in Thor: Ragnarok together and will be reuniting on-screen for MIB, along with Liam Neeson, Kumail Nanjiani, Rafe Spall, Laurent and Larry Nicolas Bourgeois, according to film website IMDb.
