Gemma Atkinson has been forcing her fellow Hits Radio Breakfast presenters, Gethin Jones and Dave Vitty, to be excited about her birthday for over a week now. Dave has been writing special songs for 'the 12 days of Gemma Atkinson's birthday', but today we really went all out.

Today was Gemma's last day in the studio before her birthday tomorrow so Gethin and Dave treated her to a song from her favourite band, 5ive. As Gemma danced along enthusiastically, it was the perfect time to sneak in our very special guest.

An unsuspecting Gemma was showing us her best dance moves when Gethin and Dave sprang their true birthday surprise, Ritchie Neville from 5ive! He even brought in a birthday cake for Gemma.
