Remember Josh Avsec and Michelle Arendas, who matched on Tinder over three years ago and are still messaging but haven’t meet yet?
Their story went viral after Josh shared a screenshot of some of the some of the messages on Twitter with the caption ‘hahahaha one day I’m going to meet this girl and it’s going to be epic. Look at the dates of our tinder texts.’

Tinder spotted their tweets too and decided the pair need to actually go on a date. Tinder tweeted Josh saying ‘It’s time you got together IRL. You have 24 hrs to decide the city you want to have your first date in and we’ll send you there!’. The pair decided to they wanted to go to Hawaii for their first date. We hope it goes well!
