Last week Hits Radio's evening show presenter Darryl Morris had a bit of a mishap while he was on air.
It turns out that even in his 20s Darryl struggles to stay sitting on a chair!
Thankfully for all of you we've managed to get our hands on the CCTV from the studio so you can watch it over and over again!
In the full clip below you can see Darryl falling off his chair as he frantically tries to grab the edge of the desk. Sadly he isn't quick enough, and ends up on the floor. If that wasn't enough Darryl then struggles to get up as he gets the headphone wire wrapped around him!
