Will Smith gives fans a FIRST LOOK at Disney's Aladdin

There are so many live-action reboots of Disney films in the works, however, one that we are super excited about is Aladdin, starring none other than Will Smith. And now, Will Smith has delighted fans by giving them a first look at the reboot of Aladdin.

In the upcoming film, Will Smith plays the role of the Genie, portrayed by the late Robin Williams in the animated version back in 1992. Now, Will has shared the first look at the teaser poster, captioning the photo, 'LEMME OUT!! Can't wait for y'all to see Me BLUE!'

In just 14 hours the mystic looking poster has received nearly three million likes on Instagram and thousands of comments from very excited fans. One fan commented, 'Wowwwwwwwwwwwwww ❤️😍🤗🌸🙌', with another saying, 'Woooooooooooow 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽'.

Judging from these comments, it's clear that the new film is eagerly-awaited by many fans, however they'll have to wait another SEVEN months until the release hits the cinemas, as it's due for release on the 24th May 2019.

However, with the release of the poster, it's likely that we won't have to wait too long until we get to see some of the live-action, in a trailer. So, we're all here waiting with bated breath!

It was last year, when Will Smith first released photos from behind the scenes of Aladdin, posting a selfie with his new 'family'. Along with Will, actors Mena Massoud, Naomi Scott and Marwan Kenzar, playing Aladdin, Jasmine and Jafar could be seen in the selfie which was captioned, 'I’m over here gettin my Genie on. Here we go!'. sic

However, while we're waiting to see more from Aladdin, in other Will Smith news, the Hollywood actor recently turned 50-years-old! Seeing in the milestone year in style, he did a bungee jump over the Grand Canyon, and the whole experience was streamed live on YouTube, watched by fans around the world.

Later, the full 8 minute-long video was uploaded to YouTube showing the 'Men In Black' singer being strapped into the bungee harness, before the helicopter takes off and hovers above the infamous Grand Canyon. What a way to see in your 50th!

Aladdin is now set for release on the 24th May 2019.
