Ariana Grande continues to be a force to be reckoned with, after releasing her comeback single 'No Tears Left To Cry' in April 2017, she followed it up with several Top 10 singles including, 'God Is A Woman', and her most recent release, 'thank u, next', as well as her Number 1 album 'Sweetener'.
Now, Ariana Grande has confirmed what her first single of 2019 will be, and it's a song from her forthcoming fifth album. Replying to a fan on Twitter, when asked, 'what's the tea on ur next single' sic, the singer said, 'it's 7 rings'.
This written confirmation comes after the singer apparently hints at her next release during the 'thank u, next' music video, where she can be seen driving a car with a licence plate saying '7 RINGS'.

The song is said to be inspired by a trip to Tiffany's, where Ariana was accompanied by her six friends and they got seven matching rings.

Although the date for Ariana's new single has yet to be confirmed, fans will be hoping that they can hear her perform it live, when she goes on tour later this year. Ariana will be bringing her 'Sweetener' tour to the UK in August and September.
As well as confirming her next single, Ariana has also released a video of bloopers and deleted scenes from her 'thank u, next' music video. The music video became very popular at the end of last year, as she referenced and recreated a number of noughties teen movies, including Bring It On and Mean Girls.
