Ed Sheeran reveals 'Perfect' duet with Beyoncé

As if Ed Sheeran's super Christmassy song 'Perfect' wasn't already amazing, it has been announced today that he's going to release a version of it featuring Beyoncé.

Taking to Instagram to announce the news, the 'Shape Of You' singer shared the album cover for the new duet and wrote, 'Got Beyoncé to duet with me on Perfect, comes out today at 7pm ET / 4pm PT / midnight GMT x'

Of course this sent fans of the pair totally wild with excitement, one fan wrote, 'This is a dream?', with another adding, 'This is what dreams are made of!!!!!'.

The new track, which we already know we are going to LOVE, is dropping in the UK at midnight.

The perfect way to kick start the festive season as December lands! ❄️🎄

Ed released his album version of 'Perfect' earlier this year, with fans instantly falling in love with the lyrics.

Ed dubbed the track ‘the best love song of my career’. In it he sings ‘I found a girl, beautiful and sweet. Oh, I never knew you were the someone waiting for me. ‘Cause we were just kids when we fell in love. Not knowing what it was. I will not give you up this time. But darling, just kiss me slow, your heart is all I own. And in your eyes, you’re holding me.’

The video for track was the released earlier this month, giving us total Christmas feels.

'Perfect' was the fourth release from Ed's most recent album ‘Divide’, following on from his massive hits ‘Shape Of You’, ‘Castle On The Hill’ and ‘Galway Girl’.

After a year out travelling the world, Ed returned to the music scene in 2017 and is set to embark on another MASSIVE tour in 2018.

We can't wait to hear his duet with Beyoncé!
