Girls Aloud Announce UK Arena Tour!

Plus a career-spanning greatest hits album

Girls Aloud have announced details of a greatest hits album and a 12-date UK arena tour to celebrate their tenth anniversary.

Cheryl, Nadine, Sarah, Nicola and Kimbeley confirmed the exciting news at a swanky press conference in London early this afternoon.

The best of album, titled ‘Ten’, will be released on Monday 26th November and features all their hits from their chart-topping 2002 debut ‘Sound of the Underground’ right through to their comeback single ‘Something New’.

They follow this with a UK tour which kicks off with two nights in Cheryl’s native Newcastle on 21st February and wraps up in Liverpool a month later.

Tickets go on sale from Aloud.com next Friday (26th October) at 9am.

Since they debuted with Sound Of The Underground in 2002, Girls Aloud have had 20 top ten singles and four #1s.

Each of their five albums have gone platinum or above. In total they have sold over eight million records and have clocked up over 45 million You Tube views, close to six million Facebook likes and three million Twitter followers.

Brand new single ‘Something New’ will be available to download from Sunday 18th November.
